Historic farmhouse with a warm and friendly welcome. Good access from the M40, but in a rural location. Village pub within walking distance. Hearty breakfasts using local produce. Network of foothpaths gives good countryside access. Centrally situated for Shakespeare Country ana the Cotswolds,NAC and N.E.C. Open all year.We now have two luxury rooms in the courtyard suitable for disabled ,elderly or guests just wanting a little more privacy.

Church Hill Farm B & B - Directions:
AS you leave the M40 (Junction12) turn Left towards Gaydon.At roundabout turn Right on to B4100 heading towards Heritage Centre, Warwick. Stay on B4100 until you see a sign for Lighthorne on Left.As you enter village you will come down a steep hill. Turn Right immediately at the bottom of hill(it is beside a tiny triangular village green with parked cars around it) If you pass Antelope pub on your Left you have passed it.Stay on road past the Dead end sign- until the very end - you will pass the church and some new barn conversions. Follow the road round to the left and into the Carp Park on the right (you will see steps leading up to the front door)
