Thomas James Hotel is situated in the old town of Royal Leamington Spa, walking distance to the main town centre,Parks and 2minutes from the train station,Warwick Castle is a 10minute drive and Stratford-upon-Avon is 20 minutes away.Our Location makes us an ideal place to stay for either leisure or business. All rooms come with en-suite facilities. We also have 2 four poster bedrooms.There is a popular bar on the ground floor with free bar hire for any occasion. .................................... The hotel is located in the town, therefore external noise is possible on Friday and Saturday evenings. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.The hotel does not have a car park. Alternative parking is available at a local authority car park nearby,

Enter thru TJs bar on the ground floorBelow are two options 1st one is Google direction from the M403. At the M40 junction 13, exit toward Warwick 0.2 mi 4. Turn right at A452Banbury Rd 1.1 mi 2 mins 5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A452Europa Way Go through 2 roundabouts 2.2 mi 4 mins 6. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A425 0.7 mi 2 mins 7. Turn left at Church St 220 ft 8. Turn left at Regent Pl 95 ft 9. Turn left 85 ft FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 13 (LeamingtonWarwick turn off). Turn right over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington,follow the winding road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington A452. FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND - Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow straight road to the roundabout, take the second exit towards Leamington A452. Next you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the BMW showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with Frankie and Bennys on your right. Take the first exit, then taking the right lane go round the roundabout the 3rd exit, continue to the traffic lights (train Station on the left) go through the lights and you come to another set of lights, we are on the left at the lights.( NO ENTRY BATH STREET) Go Past the lights turn first left and left again . for on street parking.
